Marion and I would like to set out our impressions of our experience in selling a home and purchasing another in North Vancouver under your guidance. 

We made the fortunate decision to list our house in the upper Lonsdale area with Ralph.

He gave us excellent advice throughout the process of listing and selling our house.  He introduced us to a number of houses on the market before and after we listed in order to familiarize us with the market.

Ralph is analytical.  He has a thorough knowledge of the North Vancouver market.  The result was that we sold our house within the relatively short window we had decided on.

The next stage was the best.  With Ralph’s help we had narrowed our expectations as a result of what we had learned about the North Vancouver market.  Our sale closed on  a Thursday and Ralph spotted a home that had just come on the market in Lower Delbrook.  Ralph contacted the selling agent and arranged for us to see the home before the first open house.  It exceeded all of our expectations.  We purchased it immediately at its first showing on Sunday.

Buying and selling a home in this market is stressful and Ralph was a calming influence.

Ralph’s energy never flagged and he gave us his complete attention.  He is a hard worker.

We recommend Ralph highly.  He is a competent professional.
